For my A-Level Media project, I conceived a brilliant idea to create a Superhero interview inspired by Vogue's 70 Question Interviews on YouTube. The fictional characters featured in both Marvel and DC served as my subjects for the project.
The interview, which was shot in a documentary style, centered around Captain America walking through his house, while Spiderman and Deadpool featured in the background in various rooms. Captain America was interviewed by a camera woman, and throughout the interview, he acknowledged the presence of the other superheroes, except for Batman who remained undiscovered. The interview concluded with Spiderman and Deadpool chasing Batman out, as Captain America finally spotted him.
To add a creative twist, I included a sub-interview with "fans", and halfway through, the location changed to a nursing home setting, randomly, for comedic effect and to keep the audience engaged.
To complement the project, I created an accompanying website and Instagram account. I had a blast during the photo shoot for the characters and edited them on backgrounds and images I took myself to ensure that I didn't violate any copyright laws on social media.
